Implementation. We then implement our plan, which will likely be a combination of people and processes, customized to suit your requirements. We work with you across the engagement to make sure you are receiving value at every stage. We meet regularly with stakeholders to stay on track.
Continuous Evolution. As we work though the first challenges, we often come across others. We look at these projects together and agree the backlog priority based upon business impact.
Our engagement is designed to run for as long value is transferred. Engagements morph over time as your team grows and new challenges appear - the issues affecting a startup are very different from those affecting a Global SI.
