Our Early-Career Development Programme
Qualyfi Elite Skills and Traits (QuEST) is our framework to find, assess and select the very best cloud consultants.
The skills and traits are organised into four QuEST "families": Character; Team Player; Growth Mindset; and Communicator. Each family comprises five skills or traits.
We can use this framework to assess your existing teams, find new hires and recommend training and skills development.

Our Early-Career Development Programme
Qualyfi Development Programme (QDP) is a unique syllabus offering skills designed to accelerate an early-career consultant's progress. The two-year course covers:
- Technical Training, including certifications and real world labs
- Mentoring from experienced practitioners that continues in placement
- A range of Professional skills to help new consultants understand how to be effective
The QDP syllabus is also open to existing teams. We can create a hybrid approach to find new talent and train your current team together.
